She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Adam and Angie Irene Martin (Collins); her husband John Edward Zehm; her grandson Grayson Smith; and her sisters, Betty Powell, JoAnn McKinnon, Caroldene Wolfe and Edie Love.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca E. Garvin, J. Mark Zehm (Carol) and Tami S. Smith (David); her grandchildren, William Dennis Osborn (Tammy), Jonathan Osborn, Christopher Zehm, Nicholas Smith, Derek Smith, Kate Elmore (Ian) and Cassia Inoma (Chris); and her sister Eileen Willis (Lee). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
