He was predeceased by: his mother Freedia Lucille Brown. He is survived by: his father Richard Earl Williams; his wife Theresa Ann Williams; his daughter Cecillia Anne Williams; and his siblings, Richard Glenn Williams, Katya Lucille Meals, Brenda Joyce Williams, Shelia Francine Huff (Gerald Huff), Rita Cooper, Patricia Ann Jones (Robert Jones) and Leslie Ann Cooper-Hoskins (Columbus Hoskins).
