He is survived by: his parents, Michael M. Hatfield and Faith Shirley Hatfield; his nephew David Cameron Hatfield; his niece Madilyn Kindle Hatfield; his cousin Christen Spicer Megan (Kristopher); his aunts, Terry Murphy and Cheryl Catoe (Steve); and his girlfriend Jannett Swift.
