He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Moron Allen and Milton Harvey Allen. He is survived by: his wife Jane Wooten of Dataw Island, SC; and his sisters, Nancy Strohmayer and Linda Nuss. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
