He is survived by: his wife Judith Wegmann Foody; his daughters, Kathleen Abbott (Thomas) of Rochester and Erin Rowe-Shilt (Jeff) of Austin; and his stepchildren, James Wegmann (Connie) of Beaufort, SC, Brian Wegmann (Rosey) of Beaufort, SC and Wendi Blackburn (Larry) of Keller, Texas.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
