He is survived by: his wife Donna McKenna; his daughters, Kelly Kennerly (Ken), Maureen Johnston (Richard) and Shannon Crowther (Bill); his grandchildren, McKenna (Alex), Carly, Charlie, Riley, Callahan, Will, Morgan and Caitlyn; and his great grandchild Penelope "Poppy". He is also survived by relatives, close friends.
