He was predeceased by: his parents, L. Robert Mannheim and Eunice Mannheim; and his brother John Mannheim. He is survived by: his brother Charles Mannheim; his children, Kristen Diamond and Peter Mannheim; his grandchildren, Caroline, Zachary, Adelie, Colin and Austin; and his wife Sue.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to Cooley Dickinson Hospital or Beaufort Memorial Hospital. Donations to Cooley Dickinson Hospital can be made online or sent to the Development Office, PO Box 329, Northampton, MA 01060.

Claudette and I want to express our deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss of Paul. I have so many fond memories of Paul from our service together as lieutenants with the 806th Engineer Battalion at Fort Benning, GA, in 1961-62, and how we enjoyed our time off duty playing golf at the Officer's Country Club there.
