He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Luther and Bernice Rosalie Slough (Call); his brother-in-law Wayne Todd; his nephew Stacey Todd; and his niece Shelia Todd.
He is survived by: his wife Maria L. Slough of Beaufort; his daughters, Melynda K. "Mendy" Smith of Ridgeland and Amelia M. "Amy" Hughes (Howard) of Beaufort; his grandchildren, Hannah Mills, Zach Malphrus, Hailey M. Hughes, Stone Smith and Philip A. Hughes; his great grandchildren, Barrett E. Mills and Bexley J. Mills; his brother Jack A.; his sisters-in-law, Jan W. Slough and Marla L. Todd; and his nieces and nephews, Steven A. Todd, Shannon A. Todd, Scott A. Todd, Ashley B. Slough and Katie A. Slough.
