He was predeceased by : his parents, Louise Clements Williams and Harry Meredith Williams; his brother Richard Bass Williams; and his wife Hedy Hayes Williams. He is survived by : his children, Hayes Williams (Elizabeth) and Ashley Hincher (Jason); his grandchildren, Sarah, John Williams, William and Lawrence Schein; and his stepgrandchildren, Jacob and Emma Hincher.
