She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Gray and Rosa Smith Gray; her husband Bill; and her son James Marc Cook. She is survived by: her pet Ralph; her son Benjamin "Benji" Cook (Angela); her brother Jonathan H. Gray; and her grandchildren, Ryan Cook, Lauryn Earley, Grayson Cook, Kevin Hartman and Lacy Cook.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Friends of Caroline Hospice.
