He was predeceased by: his father Doyle Qualls. He is survived by: his mother Norma Qualls; his wife Denise; his brother Bryan; and his children, Dustin, Michelle, Ashley, Brandon (Llana) and Taylor. He is also survived by 11 beautiful grandchildren.
