Though Stanley may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Lawson of Dundee and Verona Bishop Lawson of Beaufort, SC.; and his wife Marie Tudor Lawson. He is survived by: his children, Reanne Thacker (Rand), Melissa David (John) and Todd Lawson (Cindy); and his siblings, Ione I. Lawson, Charles J. Lawson and Terry L. Lawson. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to the Nature Conservancy and Friends of Caroline Hospice.
