He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Wayne Dubbs and Mary Louise Shumar Dubbs. He is survived by: his siblings, Denise D. Dounias (Rick) of Beaufort and David A. Dubbs (Michele) of Beaufort. He is also survived by three nephews; and two nieces.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (611 Robert Smalls Pkwy, Beaufort, SC 29906).
