She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hvorecny and Anna Hvorecny (Kvetan); her husband Michael G. Sinisko, Sr.; and her siblings, Emil Hvorecny, Helen Fluke, Agnes Landis, Amealia Texter and Louise Sensinger.
She is survived by: her children, Michael G. Sinisko, Jr. (Gail) and Mary Ann Smalley; and her grandchildren, Chris (Susan), Stephanie (David), Heather (Jason) and Courtney (Scott). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
