He is survived by: his wife Kim Weigle Loflin; his children, James Robert (Rob) Loflin (Pamela Garrison) and Catherine Loflin Hogewood (Mark); his grandchildren, Luke Hogewood, Anna Hogewood Cole (Jackson) and Mary Hogewood; his great grandchild Clarke Shepherd Cole; and his sister Jeanette Loflin Shackelford (Jim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
