Barbara, born on December 6, 1955 in Macon, Georgia, passed away on September 29, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Huson Carter and Margaret Ann Carter of Beech Island, SC.; and her brother Billy Isaac Carter (Ruth) of Juneau, Alaska.. She is survived by: her sister Rebecca Ann Carter Wroblewski (Michael) of Martinez; her children, Bobbie Lee Malson, III (Kimberly) and Christian Michelle Malson Little (Jason); and her mother-in-law Violet Malson.
