She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wallace and Evelyn Stone Wallace. She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Smith (Elaine) and Amanda Alexis Smith; her husband Dwain Smith; and her siblings, William Joseph Wallace, John Daniel Wallace and Frances Wallace. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
