She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mikula and Arlene Mikula. She is survived by: her husband Kevin; her son Jamie; her siblings, George Mikula (Leilani) and Donna Cunningham (Hunter); and her siblings' children, Rebecca Mikula, Felicity Stanley, George Henry and Raven Mikula.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established a 529 Education Fund for Dawn's son, Jamie. Donations can be made in two ways: a GoFundMe, which accepts card transactions and will be transferred into his 529 Education Fund or a direct contribution to his 529 plan.
