It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie S. Freeman of Beech Island, South Carolina, who passed away on April 8, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Rose, Schimaine (Abe), Juanita, Joyce, James Freeman (Christine), Marvin Freeman and Deborah; and her siblings, Eddie Scurry Sr. (Vanessa) and Carrie Scurry. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
