He was predeceased by: his parents, O. B. Whitt and Sarah York Whitt; and his sisters, Louise Gillespie and Mary Lowe. He is survived by: his daughters, Tricia Brandt (Michael) of Williamston and Heather Whitt of Belton; his grandchildren, Lauren Brandt, Reece Brandt, Anna Cowart (Zac) and Presley Whitten; and his sister Mammie Rogers.
