He is survived by: his children, Penny Quarles Walker (John) of Anderson, SC, Ken "Flop" Quarles of Honea Path, SC, Scarlett Quarles Small (Brian) of Lancaster, SC and Keena Whitaker Sims (David) of Lancaster, SC; his grandchildren, Blake Quarles, Samantha Brown, Alec Quarles, Kenneth Barrett, Jeffery Barrett, Cory Bell, Amber Bell Gainer, Kasey Bell-Contreras, Makynna Small and Devin McConnell; and his siblings, Cindy Quarles Myers (Doug) of Honea Path, SC and Wayne Quarles (Barbara) of Shoals Junction, SC. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren he loved.
