He is survived by: his son Denny "Bird" Lee Zack Jr. (Amanda); his grandchildren, Breann, Samuel, Ashton, Aubrey, Leeland, Bella, Demi and Stetson; his siblings, Ronnie Zack, Bryan Zack (Missy) and Lorrie Rickman (John); his cousin Emmette Mote; his sons, Dylan and Cody Mote; his cousin Marty Mote; his children, Kyle and Shane Mote; his cousin Mike Mote (April); and also Michael Mote. He is also survived by his family & friends.
