She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Oliver Bratcher and Sarah Margaret McKee Bratcher; her spouse Carold Troy Lindley; and her siblings, Louise Baker, Frances Aiken, Doris Baker, Betty Gibbs, Ralph Bratcher, Walter Bratcher Jr., Charles Bratcher and Gerald Bratcher.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Marks (Stephen) of Fort Mill and Connie Evans (DeWayne) of Belton; her grandchildren, Stephanie Martell (Matthew), John Marks (Anna), Kayne Evans (Rebecca) and Lindley Pennekamp (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Eve Martell, Buxton Marks, Corbar Marks, Durham Marks, Carolina Marks, Hudson Evans, Owen Evans, Tillman Evans, Evans Pennekamp and Rowe Pennekamp.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cox Funeral Home (201 River St, Belton, SC 29627). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Bethany Baptist Church (1632 Bethany Church Rd, Belton, SC 29627). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery (1632 Bethany Church Rd, Belton, SC 29627).
