He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Lee Epps Sullivan; his wife Shirley Ann Epps; his son James Mark Epps; and his sister Nancy Sullivan. He is survived by: his grandchild Presley Reece (Colton); his daughter Brittany Bolden (Joshua); his grandchild Chris Epps (Madelyn); and his siblings, Joe-Earl Sullivan, Mackey Sullivan, David Lee Sullivan and Margaret Husky.
