He is survived by: his wife Sybil Vaughn Philyaw; his sister Judy Hartsell (Gene) of Chattanooga, TN; his grandson Brantley Keith Creel (India) of Belton; and his great grandchildren, Bailee Chreitzberg, Jamilynn Creel, James Blakeley Creel and Bruce Creel.
