He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bannister and Eunice Stricklin Bannister; and his wife Shirley Bannister of Belton. He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne Eller (Tracy) of Belton; and his grandchildren, Stephen Eller (Jessica) of Belton and Jessica Segars of Belton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Cox Funeral Home (201 River St, Belton, SC 29627). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cox Funeral Home Chapel (201 River St, Belton, SC 29627).
