He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Finley and Frances Wetzel Finley (late Karen Askins Finley). He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Dora Lea Banister (Gregg), Kathi Lowe (Tommy) and Lynita Boatwright (Bart); his grandchildren, Magon Wilson (Matt), Michelle Banister, Andrew Banister (Mary Grace), Rebecca Collins (Joe), Emily Lowe, Chandler Boatwright (Ashley) and Hayden Boatwright; and his great grandchildren, Mattie Wilson, Paisley Wilson, Sawyer Burriss, Allie-Grace Banister, Charles Banister, Devin Collins and Sarah Collins.
