He was predeceased by: his father Johnny B. Nicholson; and his siblings, Duke Nicholson and Sandra Wood. He is survived by: his mother Shelby J. Nicholson; his wife Martha Gail Nicholson; his children, Jacob Nicholson (Melanie), Corey Wheeler (Kathryn), Megan Nix (Jamie), Jennifer Johnson (Jacob) and Crystal Brown; and his sisters, Janice Greenlee (Phillip) and Cynthia Tollison (Tom). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
