Leland Brooks Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leland Brooks of Belton, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 15, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wives, Mildred V. Brooks and Lucille M. Mattison Brooks of Belton; his parents, Herman Brooks and Gladys Brooks; his son Matt Brooks; and his brothers, Bill and Turman Brooks.

He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Todd (Doug) of Anderson; his stepdaughter Connie Caldwell (Bucky) of Belton; his siblings, Frank Brooks of Anderson and Carolyn Tribble (Carol) of Belton; his grandchildren, Shane Hobby (Kinza) and Lauren Allman; his great grandchildren, Branyce (Kryslyn), Ashton, Paiton Hobby, Alucard and Amy Allman; and his great great grandchildren, Maisley and Oakley Hobby.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to First Baptist Church Belton.
