She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Milton and Annie Lee Owens Looper; and her sisters, Brenda Stone and Diane Montgomery. She is survived by: her husband Billy Ray Chapman; her children, Billy Ray Chapman, Jr. (Tika), Steven Allan Chapman and Angel Lee Duncan (Michael); her sisters, Carolyn McElroy and Patricia Howard; her grandchildren, Brendan Chapman (Diamond), Bentley Chapman, Bryson Chapman, Liyah Chapman, Samuel Chapman, Seth Chapman, Macie Duncan (Dalton Sargent) and Alayna Duncan; and her great grandchildren, Kohda, Kourtlyn, Kenley and Kingson Chapman.
