He is survived by: his wife Vickie Taylor Lackey of Belton; his father Taylor Kelly; his stepsons, Christopher Lackey of Honea Path and Steven Lackey of Belton; his siblings, Tina Martin, Melody Dorsey (Frankie), Tonya Kelly (Trampis), Leslie Kelly (Barbara) and Brian Kelly (Karen); and his friend John "Hootie" Fleming. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
