She was predeceased by: her spouse Arlie Edmond Meadows; her parents, Henry W. Brinkley and Bettie Ann Jones Wilkins; her siblings, Eula Idell Jones, Henry George Brinkley and Walt Avery Wilkins; her daughter Mary Ann Woods; and her grandchildren, Michelle Gartland and Jimmy Tinsley.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Sams of Belton, Laura Miller of Florida, Valencia Tinsley of Belton, Patrice Holloway of Missouri, Michael Gerald Sams of Clover, Patrick Sams of Belton and Danny Sams (Belton). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
