He is survived by: his daughters, Jannie Kim Carson (Tracy) of Anderson, S. C. and Chantal Jennings (Michael) of Lexington, S. C.; his brother Derrick Tompkins (Kelly) of Jonesboro Ga; his grandchildren, Kamiya Chavonne'Bell and Tyrell Jalen Carson; and his great grandchildren, Kyleigh Cunningham and Kaiden Cunningham. He is also survived by friends and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Holloway's Funeral Home (101 Holloway Blvd, Belton, SC 29627). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at the Mt Zion Memorial Garden (4 Gordon St, Due West, SC 29639).
