He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Addison and Lara Louise Hart Fullbright; and his sisters, Judy Fullbright Burnette and Patricia Ann Fullbright. He is survived by: his wife Martha Elizabeth McCoy Fullbright of Belton; his children, Mark Fullbright and Sharon Fullbright (Ron Bloom); and his granddaughters, Kristin Mahon, Katie and Alissa Bloom.
