He is survived by: his significant other Wendell Powell Bannister of Belton; his daughters, Dawn Cothran (Danny) and Lisa Shaw (Keith); his grandchildren, Kayla Cothran Hanks (Phillip), Maxwell Blake Shaw (Matraca) and Katelyn Cothran Moss (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Joseph Tripp Hanks, Jake Walker Hanks, Michael Dean Hanks, Henry Daniel Hanks, Bristol Nichol Shaw, Maxwell Liam Shaw, Ava Elaine Moss and Aiden Christopher Moss.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials can be made to First Baptist Church Belton, Meals on Wheels, Callie and John Rainey Hospice House.
