He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Herbert Hallam Sr. and Elmira Bibeau; his sons, Raymond H. Hallam III and James R. Hallam; and his siblings, Kenneth Hallam, Phillip Hallam, Dennis Hallam and Myra Cole.
He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Hallam; his children, Scott Edward Hallam, Dawn Marie Hallam, Pamela Joy Packard and Bethany Rae Leger; and his stepchildren, Laura Mansfield, Scott Lubniewski and Bonnie Carroll. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God (5 Green St, Honea Path, SC 29654).
