He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Loree McQueen Parks. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Renee Simmons Parks; his son James Kenneth Reeves; and his siblings, Roger Pittman, Richard Lowe (Jill) and Myra Robitaille (Jacques). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
