He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Nathan and Louise Warren Ashley. He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Ashley; his daughters, Lindsey Angle (Russell) and Brittany Smith; his brother Tony Ashley (JoAnn); his grandchildren, Kassity Smith, Alayna Smith, Cate Angle, Griffin Smith, Grady Angle, Rosie Smith and Ellie Angle; and his sister Samson.
