He was predeceased by: his parent Stephine Buchinsky. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Marie Gergely Nelson; his stepdaughters, Gloria Page, Mary Kantoris, Beth Ann Ulatsky and Karen Ulatsky; and his grandson Bobby Ulatsky.
