She was predeceased by: her parent Evans Locklear, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Frances Kirby Locklear; her son Luis Jemenez; and her siblings, Mona Michelle Mumford (Rusty), Tracey Locklear Stubbs (Donald), Tywla Harrelson and David Locklear (Betsy).
