He is survived by: his parents, Charles Hewitt Polston and Debbie Carol Altman Hook; his sister Misty Danielle Polston Whipkey (Richard Anthony Whipkey); his niece Ellis Collins Whipkey; and his uncle Michael E. Polston (Nancy C. Polston).
