We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2025, at the age of 68, Cynthia Ann McDowell (Bennettsville, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lide McDowell, and Mary Frances Owens McDowell, Jr.; her son Kevin Mitchell Turner; and her siblings, Janet Graves, Ralph McDowell and Dennis McDowell.
She is survived by: her close friend Kem Driggers of Bennettsville; her sister Patricia Bundy (Steve) of Bennettsville; her grandsons, Johnathan, Bradley and Luke Turner of King, NC; her nieces, Kimberly Carabo of Pendelton, SC and Sheena McDowell of Floydale, SC; her nephew Josh Bundy (Danielle) of Macon, GA; and her brother-in-law Rocky Graves of Bennettsville, SC..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the 2nd Baptist Church (422 State St, Bennettsville, SC 29512). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at the Bristow Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.
