She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Thomas (Shirley), James Edward Thomas (Teresa), Hester Lee Thomas, Michael Thomas (Sherry) and Sarah Ann Thomas; her sister Bernice Johnson Williams; and her granddaughter Carlotta Rivers. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, including a host of caring other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Newhill Freewill Baptist Church (195 SC-79, Bennettsville, SC 29512).
