With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Johnsie Stidd (Bennettsville, South Carolina), born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 9, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Raymon D. Stidd; her siblings, Margaret Ann Choate Irby (Jethro) and McLin S. Choate, Jr. (Ada Branch); her daughter Amy Stidd Bracey; and her granddaughter Margaret Nicole Bracey.
She is survived by: her daughter Laura Stidd Rowe (Gilbert, Jr.); her son-in-law Joseph D. Bracey, Sr.; her grandchildren, Joseph D. Bracey, Jr. (Xinyi), Raymon B. Bracey (Oleysa) and Kayla Bracey Richardson (Isaac); and her great grandchildren, Ashley Robertson and Madison Bracey.
