He is survived by: his wife Teresa Polston; his daughter Lee Anna Harding (Jason); his stepdaughter Brooke Smith (Wesley); his siblings, Wayne Polston (Carolyn) and Phyllis Campbell (Greg); his friend Mike Odom (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Jace, Luke, Parker Harding, Emily and Jonathan Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
