He is survived by: his wife Patsy Stephens (Pat); his children, Julie Stephens Immanuel (Andrew) of Guam and Charles Paul Stephens (Andrea) of Bethune; his grandchildren, Samuel Immanuel, Rachel Stephens Wise (Kaleb), Nathanael Immanuel, Anna Grace Stephens, CJ Stephens, Uriah Immanuel, Malachi Immanuel and Eva Stephens; his siblings, Fred Stephens (Lynn) and Libby Catoe (Marvin); and his sister-in-law Cheryl Stephens of Bethune.
