He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Edwin Witham and Catherine "Cassie" Kinnamon; his wife Francine Hinson; and his cousin Bob Teal. He is survived by: his granddaughter Terri Lynn Regier; his great grandchildren, Margaret (Maggie) and Davis; his granddaughter Tanya Eubanks (Troy); his great grandchildren, Emma, Carrie and Evan; and his siblings, Tom Witham, Nancy Diepenbrock, Shirley Griffin and Joe Witham of Kansas.
