She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalton Washington Self and Sadie Warr Self; her husband Ace Chapman Sullivan; her grandson Dustin Redick; and her siblings, Sara Dollarhyde, Lenny J. Self, Loretta Deese, Flora Mae Williams and George Self.
She is survived by: her children, Redmond John Sullivan (Ruby) of Rayford, N. C., David Carroll Sullivan (Sue) of Kershaw, S. C., Carolyn Jane Gainey of Bethune, S. C. and Sara Jane Wells (Kevin Wilburn) of Bethune, S. C.; and her siblings, Anna Kathryn Taylor of Kershaw, S. C., Thomas Dalton Self (Theresa) of Morven, N. C., Joyce Diane Self of Ridgeway, S. C., Jimmy Washington Self of Bethune, S. C., Pearly Irene Joyner of Bishopville, S. C, Dora Gillespie of Bethune, S. C. and Joan Gabel (Al Johnson) of Cassatt, S. C.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
