She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elmer Newman and Evelyn Eubanks Newman; and her siblings, Hope Norris, Elton Newman, Paschal Newman and Milledge Newman.
She is survived by: her son Stacy (Charity) of McBee, S. C.; her grandchildren, Kaitlin Collins (Donald) of Conway, S. C. and Tanner Davis (Amber) of Lugoff, S. C.; her great grandchild Waylon Davis; her sisters, Rhea N. Knight (Jackie) of Bethune, S. C. and Lawann McCoy of Bethune, S. C.; and her friend Charity. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brannon Cemetery. Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM at the Stacy and Charity Davis' Home (6585 Old Creek Rd, McBee, SC 29101).
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to Bethune Baptist Church, Post Office Box 326, Bethune, S.C. 29009 or the charity of ones' choice.
