He is survived by: his partner Michael Miller; his siblings, Chad Floyd (Angie), Denise Dunlap (Rick) and Babs Chewning (Ricky); and his siblings' children, Brock Ludy (Jill), Brittany Blythe (Josh), Brooke Bradshaw (Josh) and Gavin Floyd.
